11g coffee

200ml water at 99 degree Celsius

Total time: 3 minute 30 seconds

• Set aeropress in standard position. Don’t rinse the filter and don’t preheat the brewer
• Start the timer. Add coffee and water.
• Immediately place plunger on top to stop coffee from dripping
• Wait 2 minutes
• Holding the brewer and plunger, gently swirl
• Wait 30 seconds
• Gently press all the way. ~30 seconds
